To investigate the transcriptional effects on Cabernet Sauvignon plants treated with the biocontrol agent Trichoderma longibrachiatum LT9 or Fusarium acuminatum FAC-17, as well as with T. longibrachiatum LT9 pretreatment followed by FAC-17 inoculation, we collected plant samples at 6 hours post-inoculation (6 hpi), 3 days post-inoculation (3 dpi), and 6 days post-inoculation (6 dpi) for RNA-seq analysis.
