Replication Package (Anonymous Submission)

This repository contains the replication package for a submitted manuscript to ICSE 2027 manuscript reporting a randomized controlled experiment on social sustainability training for software developers. The package includes the experimental materials, de-identified datasets, analysis scripts, and supporting documents required to reproduce all reported results.
