This study investigates host transcriptome changes of infected human iPS-derived brain endothelial cells in response to prolonged Nm infection (24h) Overall design: Infected cells were sorted and RNA was extracted. mRNA-Enriched Poly(A)-Tailed RNA was generated. Each cDNA library was then sequenced by Illumina to ~25-30 million reads.
