The volumes give the following information: number, name of articled clerk, master solicitor or firm, date questions and answers filed, if examination certificates filed, outstanding examinations (this term), remarks (eg. qualifications etc.), outstanding examination certificate filed, date final certificate issued, date affidavit of publication filed and date admitted. In addition, at the bottom of each page, lists of persons are given for certificates in Form no.29, conditional admissions and miscellaneous applications by articled clerks (to reduce articles, for leave to enter into supplementary articles, to resume practice as a solicitor, etc.).
