The aim of the study is to analyze and compare the transcriptional profiles of tumor-infiltrating Microglia from glioma brearing brain tissues treated with anti-CTLA4 in the presence or absence of CD4 T cells . Overall design: RNA of all Microglia from Glioma-005 glioblastoma tumors treated with IgG, anti_CTLA4 and combination of anti_CTLA4 and anti_CD4 (depletion) were performed at Day 35 post implantation.
