Evaluation of the interplay between the ADAR editome and immunotherapy in melanoma

We evaluated the editome of melanoma cell lines generated from patients pre- and post-immunotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors by RNAseq. Our results reveal a differential editing in Alu sequences between samples pre-therapy and relapses during therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors RNA sequencing of 12 immunotherapy naive and 11 immunotherapy relapsed unpaired melanoma cell cultures was analysised for gene expression differences and RNA editome differences.
