Possible interventions of 3D-printed surgical devices in France 2021

According to a study carried out in a hospital in France in 2021, over 40 percent of maxillofacial surgeries could have used 3D-printed devices to aid with the surgical intervention. Orthopedic surgeries were less compatible with 3D-printed devices, but 12 percent of surgeries would still have benefitted from the technology.
