Turritopsis sp. is the only species in which repeated rejuvenation of more than 10 times has been observed. Here, we used multiplexed RNA libraries to obtain the transcriptome from four developmental stages of Turritopsis sp. including (I) immature medusa, (II) dumpling, (III) dumpling with a short stolon, and (IV) polyp, which artificially rejuvenated.
