Reproducibility materials for beta-blocker-related erectile dysfunction reporting disproportionality in adult men: FAERS/AEMS and exploratory JADER

This record accompanies the manuscript “Beta-blocker-related erectile dysfunction reporting disproportionality in adult men: FAERS/AEMS and exploratory JADER.” It contains non-identifying aggregate results underlying the reported tables and figures, figure-source data, selected R analysis and figure-generation scripts, JADER processing and matching documentation, and R software-environment records. FAERS/AEMS was the primary signal-discovery and structural-analysis database; JADER was used for an exploratory external assessment. The record does not include individual case safety reports, source FAERS/AEMS files, source JADER files, case identifiers, report identifiers, or complete third-party MedDRA resources. Readers must obtain source databases from the FDA and PMDA under their respective terms. The deposited results are reporting-disproportionality estimates and must not be interpreted as incidence, true relative risk, causal effects, or confirmatory validation. Aggregate data and documentation are provided under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. R code is separately licensed under the MIT License within the deposited archive.
