Expression change of inflammatory cytokines and their receptors following Ang2 treatment.

As per Table 1, each gene from Ang2-treated neutrophils was compared to its counterpart from PBS-treated neutrophils and the data expressed as fold-change. Although genes such as CCL7, CCL11, CCL13, CCL24 and IL10RB showed substantial fold-change differences between Ang2 and PBS, statistical significance denoted by the p-value was far from 0.05. Because of its fold-regulation and a p-value close to 0.05, IL-8RB is a promising target. Housekeeping genes are denoted by an asterisk (*).
