Private data for INFL

This is the private data for INFL model (paper link:xxx). To address the challenges of data heterogeneity and privacy in biomedical research, we collected private datasets specifically tailored to evaluate the performance of our model on gene perturbation tasks. These private datasets were collected to simulate real-world experimental conditions while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. They enable the systematic assessment of our method in modeling perturbation effects, including gene knockdowns and their impact on cellular phenotypes, critical for studying complex biological processes and validating the robustness of privacy-preserving INFL.Specifically, we used human primary umbilical vascular endothelial cells (HUVECs) and silenced three 14-3-3 isoforms encoding genes, including YWHAB, YWHAE and YWHAH.
