Survey Data on Correctional Officers throughout Indonesia: Proactive Work Behavior and Its Antecedents

This dataset is the result of a survey of 1284 correctional officers throughout Indonesia. The survey aims to obtain data related to officers' perceptions of themselves regarding proactive work behavior, perceived organizational support, person-environment fit, proactive personality, and role breadth self-efficacy.
