This set of experiments was designed to determine how Topoisomerase I regulates centromeric transcription in response to DNA damage in human cells. RPE-1 cells were treated with DMSO, Camptothecin (CPT), Etoposide (Etop), or CPT plus etoposide (C+E) for 12 hrs and total RNAs were extracted for RNA-Seq analyses.
