Comparative genomics approaches for the study of persistent L. monocytogenes strains in three RTE seafood-processing plants in France

The aim of this study is to characterize the whole genome of 94 L. monocytogenes strains, isolated from three different RTE seafood-processing plant in France over 2 to 6 years of sampling, to better understand the genetic determinants contributing to their long-term survival.
