Transcriptome analysis of Haliotis discus hannai

This project provides transcriptome sequencing data of Pacific abalone (Haliotis discus hannai) hemocytes after stimulation with the viral mimic poly(I:C). The dataset aims to characterize immune-related genes, including viperin, and to improve the understanding of antiviral defense mechanisms in marine mollusks. The data will contribute to molluscan immunology research and aquaculture disease management.
