Datasets accompanying "Perturbation of epithelial and limbal stem cell identity in pathologic corneal neovascularization"

This record contains Python single cell datasets from the "no suture", "suture", "treatment" conditions and a combined object. Data objects contain raw counts only and normalised counts can be added back with: sc.pp.normalize_per_cell(adata, counts_per_cell_after=1e4) sc.pp.log1p(adata) The object contains much metadata, such as condition("condition"), merged cell states with similar identity ("clusters"|"joined") or split in individual clusters ("clusters"|"joined_split"), depending on the object.
