This series is the Premier's Department copy of minutes from the Sydney Opera House Executive Committee and the Sydney Opera House Trust.The copies of the minutes are unsigned and include supporting documentation such as newspaper clippings and progress reports and consultant engineer's reports.In November 1964 included was a cover letter to the Under Secretary of the Premier's Department from the Sydney Opera House Secretary and Executive Officer, a signed précis of significant matters discussed at the meeting and an unsigned copy of minutes.At the beginning of the file there is a summary of the 1954-1966 minutes and list of significant issues discussed at the meetings.This is a single file that is arranged in chronological order. The physical format is loose foolscap pages bundled together.
