2016-2019 lake CTD casts and water column chemistry, other lakes, Cape Bounty, Melville Island, Nunavut

Seasonal water column properties and composition were obtained with conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) instruments and water samples to characterize physical and chemical changes in the lakes during the pre-melt to melt season periods (late May-early August). Water sampling was carried out to assess the alkalinity, conductivity, pH, ionic concentration, and dissolved organic carbon in lake water samples. Lakes sampled include (unofficial names): Boundary, Headwater, Boulder, Spin, Turquoise, and Epic lakes.
