Cleaned DLC markers and results

Folders with processed data for each animal/video used in:Greaney MR, Heckscher ES, Kaufman MT, bioRxiv (2025) "Multiple scales of coordination along the body axis during Drosophila larval locomotion."https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.08.21.671596Folder for each video contains the following Matlab structs (.mat format):-- manually-corrected DeepLabCut results, if applicable ('cleanedMarkers.mat');-- per-cycle and per-segment behavioral results ('behavResults.mat');-- per-segment fluorescence output, if applicable ('fluorResults.mat');-- per-segment fluorescence output as corrected using TMAC procedure, if applicable ('fluorResultsTMAC.mat').
