Haptoglobin response in serum and pleural fluid of tuberculin reactor cattle

These are data concerning samples collected from cattle to assess the usefulness of measuring haptoglobin concentration (in serum and tissue fluid) as an additional biomarker in tuberculosis (TB) diagnostics. The included data are presented in a table where the consecutive columns are: sample identifier, type of sample collected from the individual (t - tissue fluid, s - serum), presence (1) or absence (0) of TB lesions, TB culture result - positive (1) or negative (0), and ELISA test result (haptoglobin concentration in ng/mL).
