Rhesus H-ARS Dose-Response Relationship

The objective of the study was to establish a probit survival curve in irradiated rhesus macaque non-human primates (NHP) for 60 days under the same experimental conditions as was used in subsequent studies. Animals received supportive care including antibiotics, fluids, anti-ulcer, anti-emetics, analgesics, nutritional support, and wound disinfection administered according to pre-determined criteria. No blood products were provided.
