The goal of the analysis was to determine the effect of Top1ccs blocking, elicited by CPT, on global transcription in hiPSC-derived neurons, in which ATM was catalytically inhibited or not with KU-55933. Particular attention was focused on the correlation between CPT-modulated genes and gene length and on the potential involvement of ATM in this phenomenon. The experiment was performed in biological triplicate for each experimental condition, which included the Ctrl hiPSC-derived neurons untreated, treated with CPT and the same but pre-treated with the ATMi KU-55933.
