Shotgun metagenomic analysis of sulfur-treated and control agricultural soils from India

This project investigates the impact of sulfur amendment on soil microbial communities using shotgun metagenomic sequencing. Soil samples were collected from agricultural fields in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, India, including control and sulfur-treated soils.
