资源简介:
The gut mycobiome, the communities of fungal species that colonize the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals, still constitutes a poorly explored fraction of the gut microbiome. Here, we produced ITS and 16S rRNA MiSeq data in X fecal samples collected from three human groups characterized by different subsistence strategies (urban/industrialized, traditional agriculture, and hunting-gathering), and contrast them with data obtained in 152 samples from six nonhuman primate groups; composed by wild and captive chimpanzees and gorillas, and the distantly related wild agile mangabeys
