These data are part of the data set collected and analyzed for a dissertation (2018) in Business Administration with focus on fostering innovation and the role of the Brazilian state. For the paper “Fostering innovation in Brazil: A field in construction and the role of the State from 1999 to 2017” submitted to Research Policy, the URLs from those data were accessed again (Dec 21, 2019) to verify its existence/permanence on the internet. Some of those links were updated to maintain the same content. *Only one URL was not found available on the internet, for some unknown reason.
