Comparative Analysis of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) in Salmonella Enteritidis Isolates from Index Cases and Environmental Samples.

This table presents genomic characteristics of Salmonella Enteritidis isolates recovered from an index case (a sick child) during acute illness and follow-up periods, alongside isolates from environmental samples.
