Anti-inflammatory effects on alveolar bone loss in rodent experimental periodontitis: data and R analysis code

Analytical dataset, R analysis scripts, intermediate results, and reproducibility log accompanying the manuscript "Anti-inflammatory effects on alveolar bone loss in rodent experimental periodontitis are largely independent of mechanism class but inflated by publication bias: a systematic review and meta-regression" (Wang, Lin, Wang, Yang; submitted to PeerJ 2026). The archive includes: - src/: 8 R scripts reproducing all reported numerical results and figures - data/: 3 analysis-ready CSVs (k=26 primary; k=28 and k=34 sensitivity sets), mechanism classification, SYRCLE per-study judgements, and a data-cleaning narrative - results/: pooled summaries, meta-regression coefficients, leave-one-out and trim-and-fill outputs, R session log, and PDF figures - AUDIT_TRACE.md: complete file/numeric-claim provenance map Random seed: 20260509. Requirements: R >=4.3 with the meta and metafor packages; exact versions are logged in results/run_log.txt. The review was prospectively registered in PROSPERO (CRD420261374025).
