Reproducibility release for: Controlled REE–HFSE target prioritization in Midyan, Saudi Arabia
收藏资源简介:
Derived data and code supporting the manuscript Controlled REE–HFSE target prioritization in Midyan, Saudi Arabia: multi-evidence screening and post-ranking stream-sediment geochemistry (M. Hassan; submitted to Geochemistry: Exploration, Environment, Analysis). The release contains the 49 × 6 Core-6 evidence-score matrix (lithology, structure, SGS mineral-occurrence context, spectral, exposure and magnetic scores), the axis-specific ε policy, Core-6 geometric-mean scores and ranks, leave-one-axis-out results, symmetric-Dirichlet weight-perturbation summaries (α = 10, 30 and 100; 100,000 draws each), concordance with nine simpler ranking rules, and group-level summaries behind the central-corridor and stream-sediment characterization figures. reproduce_core6.py recomputes the Core-6 scores and ranks, the leave-one-axis-out analysis, the Dirichlet summaries (frozen seeds) and the simpler-rule baselines from the score matrix and checks them against the reported values (29 checks). tests/ also verifies that the release contains no coordinates and no restricted file types. Not included: original Saudi Geological Survey data (geological and fault maps, mineral-occurrence records, magnetic grids, GSAS stream-sediment geochemistry), candidate-linked per-sample analytical values and candidate coordinates, which are subject to the data provider's licensing and access conditions. Figures that require these inputs (Fig. 1, Fig. S1 and corridor membership) cannot be recomputed from this release; see README.md. Code: MIT licence. Data and documentation: CC BY 4.0.
