资源简介:
This study demonstrated a coculture fermentation system using Avicel and sugar beet pulp (SBP) as carbon sources combining the cellulose-degrading bacterium Clostridium cellulovorans with microbial flora of methane production (MFMP) for the direct conversion of cellulosic biomass to methane (CH4). Samples were crashed by Shake Master Neo (bms, Tokyo, Japan) and DNA was extracted by Fast DNA spin lit (MP Bio, CA, USA). MiSeq (Illumina, CA, USA) was used for sequencing under the condition of 2x300bp. Qiime as an analyzing software and Greengene as a database were used, and OTU was decided except chimeric genes.
