Lifted genome annotations for sticklebacks

The online-available annotation files should be lifted over to the versions applied in our own projects. Here we provided the lifted-annotation files for:three-spined stickleback from ncbi (GCF_016920845.1) to v4 (https://stickleback.genetics.uga.edu/): TSPV4.liftoff_polished.gffthree-spined stickleback from ncbi to website v5 (https://stickleback.genetics.uga.edu/): TSPV5.liftoff_polished.gffnine-spined sticklebacks from ncbi v6 (GCF_902500615.1) to v7 (GCF_902500615.3): NSPV7.liftoff_polished.gffThe two annotation files was firstly lifted-over to the corresponding version than filtered for the longest transcriptions and only the protein-coding genes.For more details please refer to our paper: xxx
