Thermal affinities for 2,613 shallow-water fish

This dataset provides, for 2,613 shallow-water fish species, their thermal affinities inferred from Aquamaps species distribution maps. The dataset is provided in the species_thermal_affinities.csv file. The dataset documentation is provided in the species_thermal_affinities.txt file.
