Carbon allocation of DOM and global model prediction of phytoplankton taxa

This dataset includes the following: First, indoor experiments were conducted to distinguish the relative proportions of DOC (dissolved organic carbon) and POC (particulate organic carbon) (DataS1: DOC and POC fractions). Then, FT-ICR MS analysis was used to calculate the relative proportion of refractory carbon （CRAM） in the DOC fractions, obtaining the carbon partitioning coefficient (DataS2_Contributionpathway_for_DOCfractions). Based on these carbon partitioning coefficients and parameters such as chlorophyll content of phytoplankton taxa during two global growth seasons, a global prediction dataset was constructed ( DataS3_Global Taxon-Specific Carbon and Chlorophyll Dataset (Growing Season)_final, and DataS4_Global Taxon-Specific Carbon and Chlorophyll Dataset (Growing Season)_final).
