资源简介:
This study aims to investigate gene expression differences at the transcriptional level in liver tissue from acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) compared to liver cirrhosis (CLD, human) or Fibrosis (mice) and healthy control groups. For human samples, they were categorized into ACLF, CLD, and healthy control (HC) groups. For mouse samples, they were divided into ACLF, Fibrosis, and HC groups. Overall design: Regarding human samples, liver tissue was collected. For mouse samples, fibrosis was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 10% CCl4 in olive oil at a dose of 0.2 mL/kg, twice a week for 8 weeks. Subsequently, ACLF model mice were established by inducing acute liver injury in the fibrosis mice with an intraperitoneal injection of CCl4 at 0.4 mL/kg, followed by an intraperitoneal injection of 100 µL Klebsiella pneumoniae bacterial solution 24 hours after the acute injury.
