This folder contains one file with the analysis for the determination of a carbon-to-protein ratio, and a second file with the analysis for the determination of a carbon-to-lipid ratio, in both case for the microalgae Chlorella vulgaris NIES 227.The determination was performed as described in the manuscript '<i>Toward a scalable modelling of photosynthetic carbon assimilation and partition during nitrogen starvation for the microalga</i><i> </i><i>Chlorella vulgaris</i><i> </i><i>NIES 227</i>' as the values obtained are used in this research work.
