资源简介:

Society 5.0 is attracting more and more interest from an organizational perspective. However, there is still a requirement to develop the means through which Society 5.0 principles can be operationally authorized in EA and ISA frameworks of organizations. They must realize the gaps, limitations, and potential problems and prepare accordingly. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is based on the PRISMA checklist and synthesizes 12 studies published between 2015 and 2024. The papers were from IEEE, Scopus, Springer, and ACM Digital. The risk of bias was judged based on total text reviews. The data synthesis reported general characteristics and characteristics related to implantation. Twelve sources covered industries such as the public sector, healthcare, software-intensive organizations, SMEs, and industrial organizations. Key innovations entail enhanced integration of technologies, innovative services, and human-centric approaches; identified gaps include data integration, a lack of standardization, and complexity in execution. The results reveal a growing emphasis on technological integration, smart services and innovations, and a human-centric approach to aligning IT landscapes with strategic organizational goals. However, substantial challenges remain, such as those in connection with integration, standardization, measurement, governance, and data interoperability. The review underscores the critical role of EA/ISA in achieving Society 5.0 goals, emphasizing the need for further research and policy initiatives to address existing gaps and support digital transformation and societal advancement
