Die kognitive Elektrophysiologie bietet die Möglichkeit, Prozesse der Musikrezeption mit hoher zeitlicher Auflösung nicht-invasiv zu untersuchen. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird ein Überblick über Studien, die diesem Forschungsfeld zuzuordnen sind, gegeben. Hierbei wird insbesondere auf kognitive, emotionale und ästhetische Aspekte der Musikverarbeitung ein gegangen. Cognitive electrophysiology offers the possibility to study processes of music perception non-invasively and with a high temporal resolution. An overview of studies belonging to this scientific field is provided in this article.
