This archive contains the following files: <br> a) <strong>Data_DGRP.csv</strong>, containing viral load data for single and coinfections of DCV and CrPV across DGRP genotypes. <br> b) <strong>Data_DGRP_Deltas.csv</strong>, containing data on changes in viral load during coinfection for DCV and CrPV across DGRP genotypes. <br> c) <strong>Data_Drosophilidae.csv</strong>, containing viral load data for single and coinfections of DCV and CrPV across <em>Drosophilidae </em>species. <br> d) <strong>Data_Drosophilidae_Deltas.csv</strong>, containing data on changes in viral load during coinfection for DCV and CrPV across <em>Drosophilidae</em> species. <br> e) <strong>Models.R</strong>, an R script containing all statistical models and interpretation used in this study. <br> f) <strong>Tree_Drosophilidae.nwk</strong>, phylogeny of <em>Drosophilidae</em> host species.
