Minimal Anonymized Dataset of Lower Extremity Amputations in Jordan

This dataset contains anonymized clinical and demographic information from 893 lower extremity amputee patients in Jordan. It includes variables such as age, gender, cause of amputation, and level of amputation. The dataset supports the findings of the manuscript titled “Health Implications of Lower Extremity Amputations in Jordan: A Retrospective Analysis of Demographic Patterns and Causes” (PONE-D-25-09116), submitted to PLOS ONE. Due to ethical restrictions and the risk of indirect identification, public access to the dataset is restricted.
