This simple custom computer code written in Matlab 2017a reads a behavioral video file, and at one second intervals pauses and allows the user to register x,y coordinates of the animal by clicking one the center of animal.The x,y coordinates of corners of the test apparatus are obtained in order to estimate the pixel to cm ratio of estimation of distance ambulated (DistAmb) and percent of time spent ambulating (TiempoAmb). Code finalizes saving the obtained data.<br>
