Weekly actigraphic recordings

A set of 87 actigraphic recordings, in majority of cases lasting in between 7 and 10 days. Actigraphy was collected from non-dominant hand using GeneActiv Original (ActivInsights Ltd) devices with sampling frequency set to 75 or 100 Hz (varies between recordings). Data was downloaded form the devices using offical GeneActiv Software as raw 3-axial data in the native GeneActiv bin format.Subjects wore the devices during without altering their daily activities and in natural environment. All subjects declared no sleep disorders or psychiatric disorders. Subjects are anonymized according to a template PXX, where XX spans from 01 to 89 (with 82 and 84 missing).Data was collected as a part of methodological study conducted at Faculty of Physics, Unviersity of Warsaw, with the primary goal of comparing different methods for movement-based circadian rhythms estimation.File metadata.xlsx contains basic demographics of each subject (age and sex).The documentation of the .bin format can be found under the link: https://activinsights.com/resources/geneactiv-support-1-2/ (GENEActiv Operating Instructions, page 17).
