Decadal and multispecies coral connectivity modeling for conservation and restoration prioritization in Florida
收藏资源简介:
We simulated the dispersal of coral larvae during the spawning events of 6 species in Florida between 2012 and 2021 using the high-resolution costal ocean model SLIM: Acropora cervicornis (Acer) Colpophyllia natans (Cnat) Diploria labyrinthiformis (Dlab) Montastraea cavernosa (Mcav) Orbicella faveolata (Ofav) Pseudodiploria strigosa (Pstr) We then computed various connectivity indicator for each simulated spawning event (correspnding to a full moon). These connectivity metrics were also computed for yearly-averaged and species-averaged connectivity matrices. The values of these connectvity indicators is given at each considered reef as shape files, with the following fields: locRet: local retention selfRec: self-recruitment inDeg: in-degree outDeg: out-degree propSet: proportion settled inPgRnk: incoming PageRank outPgRnk: outgoing PageRank wInDeg: weighted in-degree wOutDeg: weighted out-degree For more details, see: Dobbelaere, T., Chabotte, R., Figueiredo, J., Holstein, D.M., & Hanert, E.
