本数据集为覆盖全国的1平方公里栅格数据，包含1971-2000年30年累年逐月平均降水量,共12个数据体。
该数据集可为农业水利等相关部门工作及制定相应的政策措施提供决策支持，为相关专业的科研人员、博士、硕士研究生及政府官员、企事业单位提供数据支撑。

Rainfall data is of critical importance for flood disaster prediction and prevention, hydrological and water resources forecasting, agricultural crop production, and ecological environment changes. This dataset is a nationwide 1-kilometer grid dataset, containing 30-year (1971–2000) monthly average precipitation, with a total of 12 data volumes corresponding to each calendar month. It can provide decision-making support for relevant departments including agricultural and water conservancy sectors in their work and policy formulation, as well as data support for researchers, doctoral and master's students in relevant disciplines, government officials, and enterprises and public institutions.
