Data set generation process:1. A series of catalysts with varying silicon-to-aluminium ratios were synthesised in the laboratory using a hydrothermal reactor.2. The crystalline structure of the samples was determined via XRD analysis using a Smartlab 9 X-ray diffractometer. N₂ adsorption-desorption testing was conducted with an ASAP 2020 physical adsorption analyser, yielding isotherm data for analysing specific surface area and pore structure. The microstructure of the samples was observed using an HT7800 transmission electron microscope. Surface molecular structure and phase information were characterised via a Horiba LabRAM HR Evolution Raman spectrometer. The reduction performance and surface acidity of the catalysts were evaluated through H₂-TPR and NH₃-TPD tests conducted on a Micromeritics AutoChemII 2920 chemical adsorption analyser. Surface acid types and distribution were determined via pyridine adsorption infrared spectroscopy using a Bruker Tensor 27 infrared spectrometer. Chemical state information of surface elements was obtained using a PHI Genesis X-ray photoelectron spectrometer. Additionally, in situ infrared testing was conducted using a Nicolet iS50 Fourier transform infrared spectrometer to investigate surface adsorbates and intermediates during the reaction process.3.
