This dataset was generated in a study where the effects of nicotine and anatabine on DSS-induced ulcerative colitis was studied.
The expression levels of 9 genes of interest (Il33, Il6, Mmp13, Serpine1, Thbs1, Timp1, Actb (β-actin), B2m (β-2 microglobulin), and Gapdh) were quantified using real time quantitative PCR on colon samples.
This dataset includes delta Cq measurements for each gene and treatment group.
