Only SAR11 genomes and Aegean-169 as well as SAR11 subgroup IV are included. A phylogeny with the mid-point rooting. 4_SAR11_MADroot_phylogeny: Rooted with the MAD method. Only SAR11 genomes and Aegean-169 as well as SAR11 subgroup IV are included.Also included are 4 PDFs with corresponding numbers (1-4) with trees generated and SAR11 genera indicated on the tree demonstrating genera stability across the various outgroups used. <br><br>
