Molecular networking guided by culture media variation for the production of metabolites and bioactivity-based fractionation in Vibrio diabolicus (Ili)

The present document aims to contains the MS1 data in negative ionization from a UPLC-MS/MS of secondary metabolites present in Vibrio diabolicus was subjected to different stresses due to the composition of nitrogen and phosphorus in 5 different culture media, which were then fractionated into water and methanol with the help of a C18 column.
