HFA Bond Assignment

The Broward County Affordable Housing Trust Fund provides a continuing, non-lapsing fund for the County Commission to use to address the need for affordable housing. The Housing Finance Authority issues bonds for developers to finance and develop affordable rental new construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation developments.
