SwallowReg Tongue Cine-MRI Dataset (Coronal & Sagittal)

This dataset contains cine-MRI sequences of tongue motion during swallowing, used in the paper "SwallowReg: SAM-Assisted Deformable Registration with Adaptive Global-Local Features for Cine-MRI Swallowing Function Quantification" (MICCAI 2026). The dataset comprises two views of postoperative tongue cine-MRI: - Coronal view (Guan) - Sagittal view (Shi) Each sample is stored in NumPy compressed format (.npz) as an image pair (moving and fixed frames) with the corresponding segmentation masks, organized into train / val / test splits. The data are intended for training and evaluating deformable image registration models for swallowing function quantification. Note: The ACDC cardiac MRI dataset used in the same paper is publicly available from its official source and is not redistributed here.
