Total RNA was extracted from A549 by using Trizol reagent and then we tested miRNA microarray by using the Affymetrix Arrays (Gminix, shanghai, China). The miRNA microarray analysis identified 38 miRNAs, and the TwoClassDif was used for data analysis. 3 miRNAs were identified to have at least a 1.5 folds change (p-value < 5%) in expression.
