资源简介:
Commensal bacteria can manipulate the proliferation, differentiation, and survival of intestinal epithelial cells. Hindlimb unloading alters the composition and structure of the microbial community. To further characterize the epithelial changes, we performed a genome-wide microarray analysis of colon epithelium isolated from HU and control mice. Overall design: Transcriptional profiling was determined in 6 samples of isolated colonic epithelial cells (3 replicates from HU and 3 from control mice), using Affymetrix 430 2.0 GeneChip arrays.
